The following terms are applicable for any service that you purchased with us.


For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Orders mean a request by you to purchase service from us.

You mean the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.


We want you to be happy with your service. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

  1. All Service charges are eligible for refund exempt the Government fee (if already paid to the government, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order)

  2. Earthquake, flood, lightning, drought, landslide, the act of God or act of the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott, or similar event beyond our reasonable control.In case of interruption in the provision of any service for the above reasons, Legal Dezire will not be liable for refund.

  3. It is not possible to refund the amount if the user changes his/her mind/mood after purchase. We can only initiate the refund if we are not able to provide the required service to the customer.

  4. We don't refund the user if there is any delay in service from the Government's end, such as the Government website not working, government authorities taking a long time to issue the license, etc.

  5. In the case of RTI, you cannot claim a refund if you do not get a proper response from the Government authority.

    We can only follow the rules as per the RTI act, 2005 but we cannot ensure you the answer to your query. The answer from the department is beyond our control.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to let us know within 3 days of your purchase. After 3 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the service to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (invoice). The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. If the payment was made thru bank the following information are needed to be provided:

Full name
Account number
Name of the bank
Branch Name
IFSC code


Service charges can be exchanged for any different service or the same service, provided that such service is available on our website. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 365 days. Exchanges exceeding 365 days will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (invoice)

You exchanged service will be processed Once exchange is requested and approved (Instantly).

You are given the rights to exchange the service, Two times. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
